Un tempo i venerdì li adoravi un po’ per il loro essere easy going, un po’ perché ti si prospettavano due giorni lontani dal lavoro. Ora li adori perché ti si prospettano due giorni di lavoro fattivo con la certezza che l’asincronicità dei clienti non disturbi la concentrazione.

Il sito di CartaSI
Apprezzabili i servizi di CartaSI (diciamo che oggi come oggi sono i servizi base che ci si potrebbe aspettare, ma vivendo in italia è tutto grasso che cola). Peccato che l’usabilità del sito sia orrenda, pessima, assurda. La gestione delle password è poi pazzesca: ti obbligano a cambiare la password ogni qualche mese (giusto), la quale non può essere la stessa delle quattro precedenti...

Una donna in Arabia Saudita ha subito violenza e adesso deve essere frustata. Heidi censurata in Turchia (fino ad un paio di anni fa era uno stato laico). In Egitto l’islam sta acquisendo sempre più potere. Una donna rischiava di morire di parto perché il marito non le faceva avvicinare un anestetista uomo (finché un mullah non ha intercesso).

This will fail:

This will not:
var xxx = document.getElementById(“xxx”);
Apparently IE is storing every ID as READ ONLY variables in the global namespace, and you can’t reassign it (without using var).
